Our guided climb up Mount Baker with Blackbird Mountain Guides was absolutely incredible. I highly recommend to anyone considering doing a guided climb. Zeb is a complete professional -- a highly skilled guide and a patient teacher. He was extremely prepared and made us feel fully comfortable and safe throughout the climb. As a novice mountaineer, I very much appreciated his patience and support as I worked through my nerves. A huge value add, Zeb also photographed our journey and shared the photos with us afterwards. That's not something I would have thought of in advance, but the last thing on your mind is taking pictures during the climb. However they are incredible keepsakes to have of the stunning vistas. A bonus, Zeb was great company to keep over our 2 day climb. We will 100% be booking with Blackbird Mountain Guides for our next adventure!

My daughter and I did the 4 day Mount Baker climb and had an amazing experience. Our guides, Alex and Brian, made us feel safe and comfortable at all times. The food was delicious and they even accommodated my special diet. We will definitely use this company again and I highly recommend them!

My dad and I decided to climb Mount Baker via the Easton Glacier. I decided to book with Mountain Madness because their prices were attractive and they also provided food and transportation on their trips. Our guide, Peter Chang, was great. He was very knowledgeable, patient, approachable, and just a nice guy to climb with. All of had fun and I certainly look forward to doing some more trips both domestically and maybe international trips with Mountain Madness in the future. A+

I did the 3 day Mount Baker climb with Miyar earlier this year, it was my first experience with backpacking/mountaineering. I had so much fun and felt so well taken care of I decided to sign up for the rock climbing class as well! All the staff is very friendly and willing to help with anything you need, as well as whenever I emailed with questions I heard back within 24 hours.

My friend and I did the 3 day North Ridge ascent on Mount Baker with Caleb as our guide. It was truly a life-giving, unforgettable experience. We were unable to summit due to a change in weather conditions at the top, but Caleb made the call to prioritize our safety and I cannot thank him enough for that. Through challenges and unexpected events, we felt supported and safe with such a knowledgeable, experienced and thoughtful guide. Sandeep, the owner of Miyar, worked with us from the very beginning to get us an experience we were hoping for. Our expectations were blown out of the water! I would recommend everyone plans their climbing adventure with Miyar's team, they are second to none. Thank you!!!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I had the very best experience climbing Mount Baker with Miyar Adventures. Coordination was not the easiest with Covid but they were very communicative throughout the process. This was my first roped travel experience and I felt that Miyar prepared me very well with gear lists and videos before the trip and with hands on training the day before our summit. Everyone was very courteous when it came to masks and social distancing. When we lost our guide just a couple days before due to cold symptoms (he took precautions and got a Covid test right away but the results window may have impacted our trip - it ended up being negative thankfully) the owner, Sandeep, stepped in to guide us! Sandeep made sure we were all safe and had a great time. Our team all summited successfully! I would definitely recommend this guide company and will be booking with them again in the future!

At first it seemed like it was going to be a little intimidating to learn to climb ice in the ice fall of Mount Baker, but Glen quickly set our minds at ease. His extensive knowledge, focus on safety, patient teaching style and lighthearted personality made the experience an amazing one. I would definitely recommend this course to anyone looking to get into ice climbing.

I have climbed Mount Baker, Mount Glacier and, most recently, Mount Kilimanjaro with Miyar Adventures and highly recommend Miyar. All three trips have been incredibly positive because everyone working with Miyar cares about your experience and goes above and beyond to make it a positive one. I just completed a 6 day Kilimanjaro climb followed by a 3 day safari and the guides, porters and cook were awesome and went well above expectations to make this a successful and fun experience.

I have been on multiple climbs and hikes with Sandeep, including Mount Baker and Mount Rainier. He is a great lead, and it felt very safe all the time. The climbs are super fun with him, and he works hard to help you learn as much as possible. It's the best deal you can get!
